In Detail
ProfilButler replaces scattered Word documents with a central, cloud-based profile database. Each consultant maintains their profile with skills (including levels and categories), project experience, certifications, availability, and location preference. The dashboard shows profile completeness, skill distribution as charts, certificate status (valid, expiring, expired), and a project timeline. Admins add internal notes per profile — consultants are notified about changes via in-app notifications. A complete activity log documents every change for compliance and quality assurance.
