ProfilButler's availability management gives you an overview of your team's capacity. Each consultant maintains their available-from date, current utilization percentage, and preferred work style (remote, on-site, or hybrid). Admins see all availability information in a central dashboard and can filter by status. In the advanced consultant search, availability can be used as a filter criterion — so you find not just the consultant who is the right fit in terms of skills, but also one who is available when you need them.
